TipOff is in testing and doesn’t take real payments yet. These are placeholder terms. The full terms will be posted here before TipOff accepts its first paying customer.

Here’s what the full terms will cover:

The data

• Leads are built from public Texas records. TipOff cleans and filters them, but doesn’t guarantee they’re complete, current or accurate.
• TipOff is an independent company and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency.

Your subscription

• Plans are month to month and renew automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time from your account page. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for.

How you use the leads

• You’re responsible for following anti-spam, telemarketing and other laws when you contact a business.
• You may not use TipOff to make decisions about any individual’s credit, employment, insurance eligibility or housing.
• Don’t resell or republish the lead lists.

Liability

The full terms will limit TipOff’s liability and explain how disputes are handled.
