Privacy policy

TipOff is in testing. This is a placeholder policy. The full privacy policy will be posted here before TipOff accepts its first paying customer.

What we collect from subscribers

• Your email address, which is how you log in and receive alerts.
• Your settings: territory, venue types, chain preference and email frequency.
• Billing status from Stripe. Stripe handles your card; TipOff never sees or stores card numbers.

How we use it

• To send your alert emails and run your account.
• We don’t sell your personal information.
• Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.

The lead data

Leads come from public Texas license records about businesses. TipOff doesn’t look up or add personal details about the people named in those records.

Services we use

Supabase (database and login), Resend (email delivery), Stripe (payments) and Vercel (website hosting).
